This is mine and danielle's first weekly Rock paper scissors battle

It was an intense battle but after a hard fought battle of about 7 draws we finally got a result

-Stefan won using paper to beat Danielle's rock.

#11 - Stefans TKD (Tae Kwon Do) test video

Hey everyone I haven't trained in over half a year but thought I'd start getting back into it. This is my TKD (Tae Kwon Do ) first test video and I hope to be upload a proper highlight video in the next couple of months

I am currently a 1st degree black belt and trained for 4-5 years until earlier this year.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art and the national sport of South Korea.

Tonight I went with my old mate Maria to vertical limits in Nelson. My arms we dead after like 5 minutes but I managed to last 1 1/2 hours until they closed at 9pm.

This was a beautiful photo of the tide coming in

I was awoken by a txt "come out white baiting and see me" from Andrea . So I got my self sorted and ventured out to Rabbit island at 9am Wednesday morning to check it out for a bit. Me , Andrea and Min didn't manage to catch anything but it was a great experience nether the less.

I did manage to ask one blonde question though
" do we have any whitebait bait"
